Hibernation Day

It's been a bit of a strange day today. I mean really... yesterday it went up to 34C and I spent a good portion of the day on the beach. Last night it was hot and stuffy and I had a hard time sleeping... I spent at least a couple of the wee hours of the night wide awake and reading a book, whilst trying not to wake Jen up. Then today it was cloudy and cool (15C) and pouring rain, so both Jen and I spent the morning holed up in our room. Craziness.

Jen went out for a bit this afternoon and she wouldn't let me come. Hmmmm... suspicious? You bet!

Tonight we're supposed to be going to the Moonlight Cinema, which is held in the Royal Botanical Gardens. The trick is, it's an outdoor event - and currently it is still drizzling. What fun. I'm kinda hoping we're going to get there and find out it's been canceled! Otherwise it's gonna be a chilly evening! More updates later...

Oh - and another random sidebar, since I've already had folks send me comments - yesterday, it was only ME who ended up getting her butt massaged. Jen had her neck and shoulders done only. Apparently the butt massage only came with the whole back-package deal. So there.
